摘要
运用三维造型软件Solid Works构建了双立柱堆垛机三维实体模型,将该模型导入到ADAMS中建立双立柱堆垛机的虚拟样机模型,利用多体系统动力学原理对运动过程进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,堆垛机运行曲线能够得到理想的结果。通过对堆垛机加速时立柱摆幅的研究,得出影响立柱摆幅的原因和影响因素,提出减小摆幅的控制措施。
A 3D double pillar stacker entity model is established by 3D modeling software SolidWorks and then imported into ADAMS to set up a virtual prototype model of the double column stacker. Multibody dynamics is used to carry out a simulation analysis of the movement. Simulation results show that the stacker motion will achieve a desired curve. Through the study of the mast swing in stacker's acceleration, the reason and influencing factors of the mast swing are worked out and the control measures to reduce swing are put forward.
