药效学结合正交试验优化复方菝葜中生黄芪、白芍的配伍 被引量:7

Optimization of compatibility of radix astragali and radix paeoniae alba for compound of smilax China by combining pharmacodynamic and orthogonal test

摘要 目的:通过对复方配伍与提高免疫功能及抗炎活性来探讨复方菝葜中生黄芪、白芍的配伍关系。方法:运用正交设计方法,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞模型,大鼠蛋清足肿胀和肉芽肿模型,以吞噬指标、足肿胀率、肉芽肿重为指标,观察药物配伍对免疫功能,抗炎作用的关系,并对新复方的疗效进行验证试验。结果:正交试验表明,生黄芪、白芍对免疫功能具有增强作用(P<0.05),白芍对炎症有显著增强作用(P<0.05)。在免疫作用方面,新复方有增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞指数,促进ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖作用(P<0.01);可减轻蛋清引起的大鼠足肿胀,与阴性对照组相比(P<0.05);可显著抑制苯酚胶浆导致的大鼠子宫内膜病变,与模型组相比(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:优选的复方应配伍生黄芪、白芍。 OBJECTIVE To investigate compatibility relationship by exploring compound compatibility of smilax china and improvement of immune function and anti-inflammatory activity. METHODS By using orthogonal design method, mouse peri- toneal macrophage phagocytic chicken red blood cell model, rat egg white foot swelling and granuloma model, referring to index of phagocytosis, foot swelling rate, granuloma weight, this essay firstly tried to observe relationship between drug compatibili- ty and immune function and anti-inflammatory effects, secondly verify efficacy of the new compound. RESULTS Orthogonal test showed that effects of radix astragali and radix paeoniae alba on immune function were enhanced (P〈0. 05), effects of ra- dix paeoniae alba on inflammation had been significantly enhanced (P〈0. 05). New compound could enhance macrophage phag ocytosis of chicken red blood cell index, promote ConA- induced proliferation of T lymphocytes (P〈0. 01 ), reduce egg white induced rat foot swelling rate compared to negative control group (P〈0. 05), significantly inhibit rat uterus endometrial lesions resulted in phenol mucilage compared to model group (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). CONCLUSION The optimized compound should be combined with radix astragali and radix paeoniae alba.
