摘要 介绍了Zn对球墨铸铁和灰铸铁力学性能影响的研究方法,利用自制的300 kg中频感应电炉熔化铁液300 kg,原材料采用80%的#20废钢+20%的Q10生铁,随流加入无As锌粒,加入量分别为0、0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、1%,共5组,每组对应浇注灰铸铁标准试棒2根、白口试样1个,球墨铸铁标准试样2根、收缩试样1个。结果表明:对于灰铸铁,加入纯Zn,会增加材料的白口倾向;对于球墨铸铁,在w(Zn)量达到0.063%的情况下,开始出现蠕虫状石墨,Zn元素对球墨铸铁的收缩倾向没有影响。通过对加入不同比例的车身废钢进行试验研究,发现虽然带入的w(Zn)量很高,但对材料的组织和力学性能也无明显影响。 The research methods of the effect of Zn on nodular iron and gray iron mechanical properties was introduced. 300 kg iron liquid was melt by self made medium-frequency induction furnace. Raw material was 80% #20 scrap steel mixed with 20% Q10 pig iron. Arsenic-free zinc granule was add with stream. There were five groups divided by Zn content. They were 0,0.1%,0.25% ,0.5% and 1%. Every group of iron liquid was made into two standard test bars,one white iron specimen,two nodular iron standard specimens and one specimen for shrinkage test. The results indicated that,the addition of Zn increased the chilling tendency of gray iron. When the content of Zn was above 0.063% ,the graphite tended to be vermiculating in nodular iron. Zn element had limit effect on shrinkage tendency of nodular iron. The content of scrap steel in raw materials increased the Zn percentage, but it had limit effect on microstructure and mechanical properties.
