摘要
在尽可能保证熔炼时间、成分、浇注温度、砂型等因素不变的条件下,研究了生铁、回炉料、废钢等原材料对灰铸铁制动盘组织和性能的影响。通过减少生铁的使用量(加入量在0~10%),同时确保生铁的金相组织中不含有过多的初生石墨和碳化物;采用干净的回炉料,确保铁屑干燥、不锈蚀;使用不锈蚀的废钢等措施后,生产出的灰铸铁制动盘铸件的金相组织和性能都达到了要求。
Under the condition that melting time,composition,pouring temperature and sand mould being kept as possible unchanged,the influence of raw materials such as the pig iron,returned metal charge,steel scrap et al. on microstructure and properties of gray iron brake disc was investigated. After adopting measures including reducing amount of pig iron (adding amount was of 0-10% ),ensuring no too more amount of primary graphite and carbide existing in the microstructure,using clean returns, ensuring scrap iron dried and rust-less, using rust-less steel scrap and so on, the microstructure and properties of the produced gray iron brake disc castings totally met requirements.
