棒材粗轧机轧辊的离心铸造工艺

摘要 介绍了棒材粗轧轧辊的技术要求,详细阐述了轧辊材料和化学成分的选择以及离心铸造工艺。生产结果显示:(1)轧辊采用离心铸造工艺后,轧辊强度大幅度提高,断辊的技术难题基本得到解决;(2)轧辊辊身硬度落差小,轧辊的耐用性显著提高;(3)采用钇基重RE长效球化剂和Si-Ba长效孕育剂,解决了轧辊芯部球化衰退难题,轧辊芯部强度大幅度提高;(4)经热处理后,轧辊的抗拉强度明显提高,其中辊身工作层提高26.67%,上、下辊颈分别提高8.08%、9.08%,同时辊身工作层硬度落差下降14.12%;(5)轧辊采用离心铸造后,可以降低金属原料消耗,使轧辊铸件成品率上升3.67%。 Technical requirements of the roll used for rough rolling machine were introduced. The material and chemical composition choice of the rolls and centrifugal casting process were described in detail. The production result showed: ( 1 )After using centrifugal casting process,the strength of the rolls was elevated largely,and the technical difficult problem of roll breaking off has been basically solved.(2)The hardness drop of the roll body became less,and the working durability of the rolls increased obviously.(3)By using Y-base heavy rare earth-containing long effective nodularizing alloy and Si-Ba-containing long effective inoculant,the nodularizing degeneration problem of the nodular iron used as the material of the roll core has been solved,and strength of the roll core was elevated largely. (4)After heat treating,the tensile strength of the roll was obviously increased that the working layer strength of the roll body increased by 26.6%,the strengths of top and bottom roll necks increased respectively by 8.08% and 9.08%,and the hardness drop of the working layer of the roll body decreased by 14.12%. (5)After using centrifugal casting process to cast the roll ,the raw metal charge consumption was reduced, and the qualified casting rate increased by 3.67%.
