摘要
介绍了发动机缸体有底板芯立浇工艺和无底板芯立浇工艺的砂芯组成及浇注系统,对比分析认为:(1)无底板芯工艺少了1个底板芯,减少了1个工序和相应的操作工,但浇注系统设计不合理,没有撇渣作用,且铸型和型芯体积相对较大,操作笨重,有从底部漏箱的风险;有底板芯工艺则相反。(2)2种工艺的砂铁比相当,尺寸精度均可满足GB/T6414-1999的CT8级要求。(3)铸件合格率相当,均能达到96%以上。(4)无底板芯工艺需要采用陶瓷过滤器,因而制造成本稍高于有底板芯工艺。(5)缸体铸造工艺设计时,建议优选有底板芯工艺。
The casting process of engine block with and without floor core was introduced. The conclusions can be draw by analyzing as follows: (1)Without floor core,the process had one less part and operator but the casting system had no skimming function and not appropriate. Meanwhile,the casting mold and core were too large to operation and there was risk of leaking from bottom. The process with floor core was contrariwise. (2)These two processes had the similar sand metal ratio and both size accuracy can be filled with CT8 in GB/T 6414-1999.(3)The percent of pass of two processes were mainly above 96%.(4)The cost of process without floor core was a little higher because there need a ceramic filter.(5)Floor core was suggested to use in design of engine block casting process.
