摘要
目的研究建立粗齿冷水花药材的薄层鉴别方法。方法以Hernandulcin为对照品,考察不同提取溶媒、提取方法、显色剂、展开剂等对粗齿冷水花鉴别的薄层色谱的影响。结果粗齿冷水花药材经乙醇超声提取,以石油醚-三氯甲烷-丙酮(7︰1︰1)于硅胶G板上进行薄层层析,喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色,所得薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好。结论实验方法简便可行,重复性好,专属性强,可用于粗齿冷水花药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for identify ofPileasinofasciata C. J. Chen with TLC. Methods With hernandulcin as the references substances, the TLC conditions,such as extraction solvents,extractionmeth od,chromogenic agent and developing solvent were investigated. Results The ethanol ultrasonic extraction of Pileasinofasciata C. J. Chen was performed on a TLC plate with petroleumether-Trichloromethane-Acetone（7 ： 1 ： 1）as developing solvent, and then sprayed with 10% sulphuricacid and ethanol solutions, the spots were clear and the resolution was good. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,and has a good reproducibility for the quality control ofPileasinofasciata C. J. Chert.
