摘要
目的研究由黄槐决明(Cassia surattensis Burm.F)叶所分离得到的化学成分的抑菌活性。方法实验采用抑菌圈法和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法测定其抑菌活性。结果抑菌圈实验数据显示样品大黄素和邻羟基苯甲酸具有抗菌活性。大黄素对变形杆菌有抗菌活性,邻羟基苯甲酸、大黄素对产气杆菌有抗菌活性。并测得大黄素、邻羟基苯甲酸MIC值均为2 mg/ml。结论为下一步药理活性研究和资源综合利用奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Cassia surattensis Burm. F. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by multi-chromatographic methods. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as o-droxy- benzoicaci( I ), chrysophenol (II), 1-glycerol hexadecoate(III), stigmasterol(IV), β- sitosterol(V). Conclusion All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
