沉淀pH值对制备(BiO)_2CO_3光催化活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用沉淀法制备(BiO)2CO3光催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-vis DRS)、孔隙及比表面(BET)和表面光电压(SPV)等对光催化剂进行表征。以甲基橙作为模拟污染物,在氙灯光照下,考察催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明:pH=8.5制备的催化剂具有最高的光生电荷分离速率和比表面积,其光催化活性最高,光照20 min对甲基橙的脱色率达到73.81%。 (BiO)2CO3 was prepared by precipitation method with different pH and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy( UV-vis DRS), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), and surface photovoltage (SPV). The photocatalytic performance of samples was evaluated by employing photoeatalytic decolorization of methyl orange (MO) aqueous solution under Xe light irradiation. The results show that the (BiO)2CO3 prepared with pH =8. 5 exhibits the highest separation rate of photo-induced charge and BET surface area, the decolorization of MO is 73. 81% after 20 min illumination.
