10种杀菌剂对辣椒疫霉菌的室内抑制效果

摘要 为筛选出有效防治辣椒疫病的药剂,采用生长速率法,测定了10种药剂的室内抑制效果。结果表明:50%烯酰吗啉WP对辣椒疫霉菌的毒力最强,EC50达到0.16642mg/L,其次是25%甲霜灵WP,EC50为0.54097mg/L,125g/L氟环唑SC的毒力最弱,EC50为3.97226mg/L,木霉菌、20%氟吗啉WP、500g/L氟啶胺SC、10%多抗霉素WP、250g/L啶氧菌酯SC、25%醚菌酯EC、蛇床子素对辣椒疫病的毒力分别为1.64182mg/L、0.92168mg/L、1.43618/L、1.92731mg/L、2.03662mg/L、2.1477mg/L、2.19588mg/L。50%烯酰吗啉WP和25%甲霜灵WP对辣椒疫霉菌的室内抑制效果较好。 In order to screen the medicament that can effectively prevent and treat the Phytophthora capsici,measured indoor toxicity of 10 bactericides by growth rate method.The result shows that:Dimethomorph 50% WP carries the strongest toxicity against phytophthora capsici,of which EC50 reaches the level of 0.16642mg/L,the second strongest one is Metalaxy 25% WP,of which EC50 reaches the level of 0.54097mg/L,the weakest one is Epoxiconazole 125g/L SC,of which EC50 reaches the level of 3.97226mg/,the toxicity on Phytophthora capsicit from trichoderma sp,Flumorph 20% WP,Fluazinam 500g/L WP,Polyoxin10% WP,Picoxystrobin250g/L SC,Kresoxim methyl 25% EC and osthole are 1.64182 mg/L,0.92168 mg/L,1.43618mg/L,1.92731mg/L,2.03662mg/L,2.1477mg/L,2.19588mg/L respectively.Dimethomorph 50% WP and Metalaxy 25% WP carry the stronger toxicity than others against phytophthora capsici.
