摘要
TMCP控扎Q460E钢在电力机车车体上首次使用,对Q460E钢的焊接性及焊接材料选用进行了分析,并通过对不同焊接工艺参数下的弯曲、拉伸、冲击、硬度试验及接头显微组织分析,对Q460E钢的焊接接头性能及焊接工艺进行了确认,试验取得满意的效果。
It is the first time to use the Q460 E steel rolled by TMCP in locomotive car body manufacture. The paper analyzes the weldability of this material and the selection of welding consumables, and confirms the welding process and the performance of the welded joint under different welding parameter by bend test, tensile test, impact test, hardness test and microscopic structure analysis.
