摘要
结合太原食品街的地理位置及规划背景,分析了该食品街没落的原因,从空间形态、建筑形象、街道景观等方面,论述了该食品街仿古明清商业街的重生策略,并提出了食品街新的商业开发理念,旨在传承传统文化,营造特色文化商业氛围。
Combining with the location and planning background of Taiyuan Food Mall,this paper analyzed the cause of the Food Mall declination,from the space form,architectural image,street landscape and other aspects,discussed the rebirth strategy of Food Mall antiquing MingQing commercial street,and put forward the new business development concept of Food Mall,for the purpose of inheriting traditional culture,create special cultural business atmosphere.
