摘要
结合我国铁路总承包发展的现状,对大型勘察设计企业开展总承包业务时的缺点与优势进行了系统论述,阐明了未来工程总承包领域的发展导向和前景,并对总承包项目安全管理体系进行了研究,从而提高工程建设和管理效率。
Combining with domestic railway total contracting development status,the paper describes merits and defects of launching total contracting system for large-scale survey and design enterprises,describes its future development guidance and prospect in total engineering contracting field,and studies total contracting project safety management system,with a view to improve engineering construction and management efficiency.
