全面梳理国内外实施需求响应的理论与实践,系统归纳电力需求响应的类型、机制、评价体系和支撑关键技术。针对当前电力市场化改革背景下电力需求响应正进入商业化实施阶段,提出电力需求响应理论架构,包括需求响应商业化实施总体目标、响应机制、性能评价方法与支撑技术等关键要素。

This paper summarizes theories and practices about demand response in domestic and overseas and concludes types, mechanism, evaluation systems and key support technologies of electric power demand response. In allusion to the situation of electric power response entering into business implementation stage under background of present electric power market re- form, it proposes theoretical architectures of electric power response including overall object for business implementation, response mechanism, performance evaluation method and support technology.
