分析了刮板输送机用减速器现场使用中高速轴油封漏油的原因,提出了一种改进后的密封结构的设计方法,并且对该种设计方法从设计、加工、装配和维护角度提出了相关要求。
Analyze the reason of high speed shaft oil seal leakage in the field of scraper conveyor. And present an improved design method of sealing structure. Finally,present the relevant requirements for the design methods base on the point of view of design,processing,assembly and maintenance.
