摘要
调研以承德市双滦区、滦平县、隆化县、围场县、平泉县农村村小、偏远教学点教育教学现状以及特岗教师教育教学、生活情况为重点,采用问卷调查、集体座谈、个体访谈、听取汇报、实地考察等形式,从多个方面开展了为期20天的专题调研。团队成员对承德市各县区义务教育发展情况进行了客观研判,对存在的问题及原因做了分析,提出了改进建议,以期为有关职能部门制定政策、科学决策、指导工作提供参考,同时为我校教师教育专业调整以及课程整合提供数据支撑。
With a case study of Shuangluan District, Luanping County, Longhua County, Weichang County and Pingquan County, a 20 days research on the countryside obligatory education focusing on the the educational present status and the "extra-post" teachers' teaching and living conditions was carded out by way of questionnaire, informal discussion, interview, report and survey. The paper puts forward relative improving suggestions to the problems existing in the obligatory education in the counties and districts in Chengde on the basis of an objective analysis of the developing status. It presents references for the relative administrative departments and supporting status for the integration of majors and programs in Hebei Normal University for Nationalities.
