移液管中最后残留溶液如何处理的问题一直备受人们关注,而移液管中最后残留溶液的体积量与溶液的表面张力有关,不同溶液的表面张力不同,在移液管中的残留量也不同。实验通过表面张力仪利用最大泡压法测定不同溶液的表面张力,然后用质量法和体积法测定不同溶液在移液管中最后残留溶液的体积,通过比较分析,得出溶液的表面张力越大,残留在移液管中的体积量越大;溶液的表面张力越小,残留在移液管中的体积量越小。

Final residues volume in the pipette is related to the surface tension of solution. Different solution has different surface tension, and the last residue volume in the pipette is also different.This experiment measured the surface tension of different solution by surface tension instrument by maximum bubble pressure method and measured the last residue volume of different solution in the pipette by quality and volume methods. Through a comparative analysis, it is concluded that the surface tension of the solution is in inverse ratio to the residual volume in the pipette.
