摘要 近年来,地沟油回流餐桌现象对消费者健康造成了极大危害,研究设计一种便携式,平民化的油品质量分析仪器具有重要的意义。地沟油成分复杂,单一判据对地沟油的判别缺乏说服力,基于介电常数以及冷却油遮光率对油品质量进行综合判别,可提高判别的准确性。利用近红外光谱仪对实验结果进行验证,证实系统能够实现多种食用油与劣质油脂之间的鉴别区分。检测时间为4~5分钟,准确率为93.3%,具有便携,成本低,准确度高等优点。 In recent years, waste oil back to the table caused great harm to the health of consumers. Developing and designing a portable, civilian oil quality analysis equipment is of great importance.Waste oil is very complex, so a single criterion for determining the waste oil is unpersuasive. Discriminating waste oil based on the dielectric constant and the cooling oil shading, can improve the accuracy of discrimination.Using near-infrared spectrometer to verify the experimental results confirmed that the system can discriminate distinction between a variety of edible oils and fats are inferior. Detection time is 4 to 5 minutes, the accuracy is 93.3%, with a portable, low cost, high accuracy and so on.
