摘要
结合EPC物联网技术和无线传感器网络,本文提出了陕北白绒山羊的溯源管理系统的设计方案。根据白绒山羊的供应链的特点,设计了溯源系统编码体系,并给出了溯源系统中各环节溯源个体的编码关联方法。设计了溯源系统的整体架构、各子系统的功能结构模型。最后使用Plant Simulation软件对溯源系统进行了模拟验证,实验显示结果该设计方案能有效提升供应链中羊肉跟踪和溯源效率。
Combined the EPCGlobal technology and the WSN network, The paper presents a traceability system architecture for shanbei cashmere goats. Based on the feature of the cashmere supply chain, designed the coding system for the traceability system, and given the coding links for the traceability individuals in the supply chains. Design the overall architecture of the traceability system and functional modules for the subsystems. At last verified the traceability system through simulation with the Plant Simulation software, the results showed that the plans can improve the traceability efficiency effectively.
