摘要
汽车零部件压装曲线局部趋势判断的现有实现算法存在诸多的缺陷,在实际运用过程中经常导致测控软件的误判。为了满足汽车零部件压装过程中日益严格的监控和考核要求,本文提出了一种新的阈值限定算法。在实验室的100多次试验和工厂中逾10万次的压装应用中,该算法的正确率均达到了100%,表明该算法具有极高的可靠性。
There are many defects in existing algorithms on press mounting curve＇s local trends judgement of auto parts. Which often lead to misjudgement in practical applications. In order to meet increasingly strict monitoring and evaluation requirements in auto partsI press mounting, this paper proposes a new threshold-constrained algorithm.In more than 100 experiments in laboratory and more than 100,000 applications in factories, the accuracy rate of this algorithm reaches 100%. Which demonstrates that this algorithm has pretty high reliability.
