摘要
本文讨论一种基于PFC设计的LED驱动电源。介绍了系统工作原理和技术指标要求,提出GRM模式PFC设计方案,包括前级的功率因数校正、防雷、浪涌保护及EMI电路,恒流控制电路,实现LED正常工作。并针对LED特性设置了保护功能。最后进行了绝缘电阻、绝缘强度、短路保护功能、高低温工作等性能测试。
This paper discuss the design of LED driving circuit based on PFC. Introduces the working principle of the system and the technical index requirements, put forward the GEM model PFC design project.include before the level of power factor correction, lightning protection, surge protection and EMI circuit, Constant current control circuit, LED to work properly. And design the protection function for the LED characteristics. In the last test the insulation resistance, dielectric strength, short circuit protection function, high and low temperature working.
