江苏省终身教育体系构建的主要特征概述

江苏省政府立足于学习型社会构建的国家战略,结合江苏省经济社会发展特点,不断推进终身教育体系的构建。经过多年实践探索,江苏省终身教育体系构建已取得重要的阶段性成果,并呈现出自身的特点。江苏省对终身教育体系的认识是广义的,涵盖了学前教育、学校教育和校外继续教育;省政府以教育现代化和教育信息化为推动,注重终身教育体系构建制度供给,促进各级各类教育的协调发展,加大政策保障的力度;尤其是通过江苏开放大学的建设,致力于江苏省终身教育体系构建现实载体的创新;同时把社区教育和老年教育作为重点,加快了江苏省终身教育体系构建的实践进程。

Especially, through the construction of Jiangsu Open University, Jiangsu province is committed to the innovation of building realistic carrier of the lifelong education system, takes the community education and aging education as a key, which speeds up the practical process of the life- long education system construction.
