摘要
成效为本的教学是强调改变的教学,是强调能力增进的教学,是强调满足利益相关者需要的教学,其教学成果的达成是建立在教与学双方的联结和共识之上。课程辅导教师面对每个不同的情境,应尽可能通过教学观察掌握全面诊断学生策略、精心导学策略、互动激励策略、组织调控策略、灵活应变策略、多元评价策略,以达成既定教学目标。
Out-come based education emphasizes creativity, ability improvement and meeting the needs of stakeholders. The teaching result is based on the understandings and consensuses of both the learning and teaching parties. Course instructors should master the strategy of comprehensively diagnosing students, the strategy of carefully guiding learning, the strategy of inter- active incentive, the strategy of organizing and adjusting, the strategy of flexibility and multi-evaluation strategy, so as to achieve the fixed teaching objectives.
