摘要 随着特高压电网和智能电网的建设,我国电网的结构和规模发生重大变化,对频率电压紧急控制装置提出了新的需求。介绍了装置的硬件架构和特点,阐述了装置的智能化插件管理方法、基于重采样的DFT前端修正算法、智能变电站下精确切负荷方法以及基于C/S模式实现标准化人机界面显示和交互方法,最后介绍了装置的工程应用情况。 With the construction of UHV grid and smart grid, the structure and scale of China's power grid has been greatly changed. So new requirements for frequency voltage emergency control device are presented. Ar- chitectures and features of the device is first introduced; the intelligent plug-management device is described; then the front end of correction algorithm based on DFT resampling is expounded. Additionally, the method for precise load shedding in intelligent substation, and the realization of standard human machine interface dis- play and interactive method based on the C/S model are introduced. The engineering application of the device is outlined in the end.
