摘要
分析了防孤岛安稳装置的定位、功能以及硬件配置。针对风、光等非连续性新能源存在的孤岛电能质量危机,分析了防孤岛安稳装置如何系统解决了电网局部孤岛问题,并给出了防孤岛安稳装置的配置范围、动作原理和判断逻辑。分析了防孤岛安稳装置运行中存在的风险,并给出配置安稳装置的建议,认为在电网局部安装防孤岛安稳装置,能够有效解决新能源并网的孤岛电能质量问题。
This paper analyzes the positioning, function and hardware configuration of anti-islanding security and stability control devices (ASSCD). As wind energy and light energy both have the characteristics of non- continuity, which leads to the islanded power quality crisis, this research analyzes how ASSCD can solve the power quality problems, and describes the operation principle, judgment logic, configuration range of ASSCD. It also analyzes the risks of ASSCD in the operation and maintenance period, and gives some recommendations about how to use and configure ASSCD. It is concluded that ASSCD installed in the local power grid can effec- tively solve the islanded power quality crisis which is aroused by grid-integration of new energy power plants.
