Energy Internet is the future solution of the energy industry. Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping also stressed the key role of energy Internet in the future development in his speech at Development Summit of the United Nations. The United States has developed a relatively perfect system in the field of energy Internet. The Obama administration has managed to promote investment in the energy Internet by boosting domestic leg- islation; meanwhile, government, industry and academia are organized together to perform the evaluation of investment projects. The funds are kept abundant and sustainable not only through the federal government in- vestment, but also through pulling the private sector to invest in energy Internet by providing policy guaran- tee. Energy Internet has boosted job growth and economic recovery in the United States, also provided the U- nited States with larger capital to invest on energy conservation and emissions reduction. Moreover, at the in- ternational level, energy Internet has the potential to become new power element of the US.
