综合不同指数研究方法的优缺点,提出灰色聚类评估法用于供电企业运营指数的研究;分析影响企业运营的综合因素,结合一般指标体系生成规则,初步建立跨平台、跨业务部门的企业运营评价指标体系;运用相关性分析筛选剔除相关性较强的指标,突出主导因素;详细介绍三角白化权函数灰色聚类评估方法实现过程,并通过具体实例构建企业运营指数分析模型,实现了对企业运营的量化考量,应用评价结果符合客观实际,说明评价模型的应用可行性。

According to the advantages and disadvantages of various index research methods, this paper propo- ses to apply the grey cluster assessment method to power supply enterprise operational index research. Firstly, it established a cross-platform and cross-business sector operating evaluation index system through the analysis of the comprehensive influencing factors and general rules of indicator system formation. Secondly, it elabo- rates the realization of triangle whiten function grey cluster assessment method and constructs enterprise opera- tion index analysis models through the specific examples, realizing the quantitative measurement of the corpo- rate operation. The application evaluation results accorded with objective reality, proving the feasibility of the proposed evaluation model.
