从取料机的导料槽系统结构组成入手,分析了目前导料槽系统存在的问题,研究了对新型导料槽系统的抑尘、防撒漏等功能,研究成果对于散装物料的平稳运输和清洁生产都有借鉴意义。

This article mainly concerns the structure of the reclaimer guide chute system, and analyzes the problems existing in the current system, then carry out the a new type guide system to satisfy the functions of dust suppression, leakage prevention and so on. The work will benefits a lot to help the transfer system to work smoothly for bulk material trans-portation and also does important significance to forceful implementation of the cleanliness improvement.
