通过分析皮带机滚筒包胶磨损数据,找出不同部位滚筒包胶磨损特征,分析了滚筒包胶使用经济性。由科学实验取得各类包胶材质的磨耗值,提出包胶寿命指数,结合滚筒包胶的综合使用费用,得出包胶种类选择的全寿命经济性指数。

Based on the research of the wear data for conveyor＇s drum lagging, the characteristics of the wear in different parts were put forward, and the use - economic analysis is carried out. The wear value of all kinds of drum lagging was obtained by the scientific experiment, and the service life index was issued, the whole - life economy index of the drum lagging was got combineding with calculation of the comprehensive cost.
