神经内分泌肿瘤骨转移研究进展

摘要 神经内分泌肿瘤(NEN)是一类高度异质性肿瘤,生物学行为及临床病理特征存在很大差异。影响预后的因素有组织学分级、肿瘤大小、原发肿瘤和转移部位。相比于其他恶性肿瘤骨转移,NEN具有生长缓慢、低度恶性和易早期转移的特点,骨转移预后相对较好。本文将结合相关文献及循证医学证据,阐述NEN骨转移的临床病理特征、影像学特点及治疗进展。 Neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) is a heterogeneous tumor with variable biological behaviors and clinical patholog- ical characteristics. The prognostic factors include histological grade, tumor size, primary tumor site and metastasis. Compared with oth- er malignancies, neuroendocrine tumors are likely to grow slowly and metastasize early, but bone metastases has relatively good out- come. Both the relatively low incidence and heterogeneity contributed to the paucity of large epidemiological studies. We will review clinical and pathologic features of bone metastasis, imaging traits and therapeutic progress.
