基于HOLTEK单片机的智能锂电池充电器分析

摘要 锂离子电池具有体积小、质量轻、比能量高、寿命长、可快速充电等优点,但是充电不正确就会造成锂离子的使用寿命大大降低。因此设计一款智能充电器来延长锂电池的使用寿命很有必要,本设计就是针对上述问题,采用HOLTEK单片机配合锂电池原理芯片设计一个智能充电器。文章的设计具有以下优点:(1)通过A/D采集对充电过程中电池电压实时跟踪,并动态显示到数码管上。(2)通过按键微调对报警门限值进行理想设定。(3)用A/D监视MAX1898二脚电压通过与一个逻辑高电平比较来进行断电报警。(4)能进行充电前处理,包括电池充电状态鉴定、预处理。(5)解决充电时间长、充电效率低的问题。 The lithium ion battery has small volume, light quality, high specific energy, long life, can the advantages of quick charge, but charge incorrectly can cause the service life of lithium ion is reduced greatly. To design a smart charger it is necessary to extend the service life of lithium-ion battery, this design is aiming at these problems, using HOLTEK single-chip computer with lithium battery principle of chip design a smart charger. This design has the following advantages:(l)Through A/D acquisition in the process of charging the battery voltage in real time tracking, and dynamic to the digital tube display.(2)Through the buttons fine-tuning to ideal setting alarm threshold method.(3)Using A/D monitoring MAXI898 two feet voltage compared with A high logic level for power outage alarm.(4)Can be recharged before processing, including the battery charging status identification, pretreatment.(5)Tto solve the problem of low efficiency of long charging time, charging.
