随着网络技术的不断进步与发展,各类基于Web的管理信息系统层出不穷,以网站及网页为载体的管理系统在生活中随处可见。近年来,各国出版商都试着向电子化报刊方向发展,网络型电子报刊现在已经迅速发展到几千家。目前国际上一些著名期刊杂志都建立了自己的报刊网站,极大地方便了人们的使用。文章以JSP作为开发语言,设计基于JSP的电子报刊管理系统。

With the continuous progress and development of network technology, all kinds of management information systems based on Web are endless, the web site and web as the carrier of the management system in our lives can be seen everywhere. In recent years, many countries have tried to turn to the development of electronic newspapers and periodicals, network electronic newspapers and periodicals have been rapidly developed to thousands of. At present, some famous journals in the world have established their own newspapers and periodicals, which give people a great convenience. In this paper, JSP is used as the development language, the design of electronic newspapers and periodicals management system based on JSP is designed.
