摘要 随着移动互联技术的广泛应用,已有超过5亿人在使用微信。通过微信平台,供水企业实现和用户的文字、图片、语音、视频的全方位沟通、互动,更好地服务用户,引导用户了解企业文化,参与企业品牌的推广,最重要的是大幅度的降低了供水企业的服务成本。供水企业微信服务号的开通,是继原有实体营业厅、客户热线、对外网站之后,为广大用水客户提供的又一种随时随地、便捷的拇指生活服务渠道。 With the wide application of mobile Internet technology micro channel has more than 500 million customers.
