摘要
目的了解重庆市永川区全民供碘盐防治碘缺乏病现状,为当地政府制订防治措施提供依据。方法2015年4~5月在永川区大安镇(东)、青峰镇(西)、五间镇(南)、三教镇(北)、南大街街道(中)5个抽样片区进行随机抽样,居民食用盐碘含量按GB/T3025.7-1999直接滴定法检测,儿童和孕妇尿碘含量采用砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T 107-2006)进行测定。结果永川区居民食用盐碘含量均数为27.04 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为100.00%,碘盐合格率为91.33%,合格碘盐食用率为91.33%。8~10岁儿童尿碘含量中位数为282.30μg/L,儿童甲状腺肿大发生率为10.00%;孕妇尿碘含量中位数为188.70μg/L。结论永川区合格碘盐食用率、尿碘中位数等均达到国家消除碘缺乏病考核评估要求。
Objective To understand the status quo of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) prevention and treatment by popularizing iodine salt in Yongehuan District to provide a basis for the local government formulating the prevention and treatment measures. Methods The random sampling was performed in 5 sampling areas of Daan (east), Qingfeng (west), Wujian (south), Sanjiao (north) and Nan Dajie (middle) townships of Yongchuan District. The resident edible salt iodine content was detected by the direct titration method according to GB/T3025.7-1999. The urine iodine content in children and pregnant women was mea sured by adopting the arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method(WS/T 107-2006). Results The average iodine content in resident edible salt in Yongchuan District was 27.04 mg/kg. The coverage rate of iodized salt, qualified rate of iodized salt, taking rate of qualified iodized salt were 100.00% ,91.33% and 91.33% respectively;the median urine iodine in 8-10 years old children and pregnant women were 282.30 μg/L and 188.70 μg/L respectively,and the average thyroid goiter rate of children was 10.00%. Conclusion The taking rate of qualified iodized salt and median urine iodine content in Yongehuan reach the require- ments of national examination and evaluation for eliminating IDD.
