摘要
通过回顾2015年2月"澳大利亚培训与评估四级证书"的培训过程,解读澳大利亚职业教育与培训体系的构成,阐述培训带来的三点启示:职业教育内容应该以能力为本位、精益求精、与时俱进,开展中外合作办学项目时必须重视学情调查分析,职业培训设计和形式应该情境化。
This paper reviews the training process of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment m February 2015, and interprets the composition of Australian Vocational Education and Training System, and expounds the three points of view enlightened by the training.
