生防菌剂对烟草主要土传病害防治效果研究

Study on the Effects of Bio- control Agent to Control Major Soil-borne Diseases of Tobacco

通过小区对比试验,研究了生防菌剂对烟草主要土传病害的防治效果。结果表明:生防菌剂XE01与X23能有效降低烟草青枯病发病几率和发病程度,其中施用生防菌剂XE01 7500 m L/hm^2+X23 4500 m L/hm^2处理,在打顶期和中部叶采收期防效较72%农用硫酸链霉素5000倍液分别提高了11.17%、13.53%,具有较好的推广应用价值。生防菌剂虽能在一定程度上降低烟草黑胫病发病几率和发病程度,但其防治效果与72%甲霜·锰锌相比还有一定的差距。

Field contrast test was conducted to study the control effects of bio-control agents on major soil-borne diseases of tobacco.The results showed that:the bio-control agents XE01 and X23 were more effective than streptomycini sulfas in the control of tobacco bacterial wilt.It reduced the incidence and disease severity of tobacco bacterial wilt.Compared with 72%streptomycini sulfas treatment,by using bio-control agents XE01 7500 mL/hm2 +X23 4500 mL/hm2 ,the control effect in-creased 11.17 percentage in the topping stage,and 13.53 percentage in the middle leaves harvesting stage.The bio-control agents have better value of application and dissemination.Although the bio-control agents XE01 and X23 could reduced the incidence and disease severity of tobacco black shank,but compared with the chemical agent of 72% ridomil-MZ,the con-trol effect was still had a certain distance.
