中药配合外科手术治疗成人多囊肾12例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 12 Cases of Surgery Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Adult Polycystic Kidney Disease

目的:利用不同的方法对两组成人多囊肾患者进行治疗,通过比较两组的治疗效果,为临床上治疗成人多囊肾,减轻症状,延缓病情发展,减少并发症的发生,延缓肾能损害,延长生存期和提高生活质量提供理论依据;方法:某院自2012年5月年开展"中药配合外科手术治疗成人多囊肾",截止2014年5月采取上述方法治疗12例成人多肾患者,并与传统的西医配合外科手术治疗的患者(12名)进行了对比。结果:通过中药配合外科治疗,入院时的肾性高血压有8人,经过中药配合外科治疗,有7人肾性高血压得到了很好的控制,好转率为87%;入院时出现血尿的患者为9人,经过治疗有8人情况得到了缓解,好转率为88%;慢性肾功能衰竭(CPF)为4人,经过治疗有4人,肾功能得到改善,好转率为100%;入院时有12为患者,有单、双侧囊肿,经过中药和外科囊肿去顶引流术,有7人的肾囊肿减小,好转率为58%;入院时腰部不适为11人,经过治疗有7人,情况得到缓解,好转率63%。结论:中医疗法配合西医手术的治疗,可明显减轻症状,延缓病情发展,减少并发症的发生,延缓肾能损害,延长生存期和提高生活质量。

Objective: Using two different methods for the treatment of adult patients with polycystic kidney disease,by comparing the therapy efficacy of the two groups,provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of adults with polycystic kidney disease. Methods: The hospital carried out ' surgical treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat adult polycystic kidney disease' since May 2012,and treated 12 cases of adult patients with polycystic kidney disease by May 2014. Compare its effect with the effect of surgical treatment combined with traditional western medicine. Results: After surgical treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine,seven out of eight patients with renal hypertension have been well controlled,the improvement rate was 87%; eight out of nine patients with hematuria have been treated,the improvement rate was 88%; four out of four patients with chronic renal failure( CPF) have been improved after treatment,the improvement rate was 100%; after medicine and surgical cyst drainage,kidney cyst of seven out of twelve patients with single or bilateral cysts were reduced,improvement rate was58%; seven out of eleven patients with lower back discomfort have been improved after treatment,the improvement rate was 63%. Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with western medicine surgical treatment can significantly reduce symptoms,slowprogression of the disease,reduce complications,delay kidney damage and can prolong survival and improve quality of life.
