浅谈偏头疼治疗中使用尼莫地平的疗效

Therapy Efficacy of Treating Migraine with Nimodipine

目的：针对尼莫地平治疗偏头疼的疗效以及安全性进行研究分析.方法：将某院2012年10月-2015年4月收治的100例偏头疼患者进行随机分组,治疗组与对照组各50人,治疗组采用尼莫地平20mg,3次/日,对照组采用山莨菪碱10mg,3次/日,治疗周期为1个月,之后观察治疗效果.结果：两种药物对头疼发作以及降低头疼发作的频率均有治疗效果,且治疗组优于对照组,P 〈0.05,具有差异统计学意义,两组患者出现不良反应状况较少.结论：对偏头疼患者采用尼莫地平的治疗效果以及安全性都十分好,值得进行临床推广.

Objective: To study the effect and safety of treating migraine with nimodipine. Methods: Select 100 cases of migraine patients received by a hospital from October 2012 to April 2015,divide them into 2 groups,50 cases in each group. The treating group was given nimodipine 20 mg,3 times per day. While the control group was given anisodamine 10 mg,3 times per day. The treatment lasted for a month. Compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results: Both treatments were effective in reducing migraine and the effect of treating group was statistically significant bettern than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Fewadverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion: The effect and safety of treating migraine with nimodipine are good and worth promotion.
