摘要
目的：研究护理安全管理中临床路径在精神科的应用效果.方法：研究对象取2014年2月-2015年2月某院精神科180例,依照护理安全管理不同进行分组.对照组90例,实施传统管理;实验组接受临床路径管理,共90例.结果：实验组意外事件发生率低,满意度高,有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）.结论：护理安全管理中临床路径在精神科应用效果显著,可推广.
Objective: To study the clinical pathway of nursing safety management in psychiatry. Methods: Select 180 cases of patients received by a hospital from February 2014 to February 2014,divide them into two groups according to different nursing safety management,both including 90 cases. The control group was given traditional management and the experimental group was given clinical pathway management. Observe the effect and analyze differences between groups. Results: The experimental group has lowincidence of accidents and high satisfaction,the differences between two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application effect of nursing security management of clinical pathway in psychiatric is remarkable and worth to be promoted.
