术前访视联合安全管理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响

The Influence of Preoperative Interview Joint Safety Management on Operating Room Nursing Quality and Patients' Satisfaction Degree

目的：探讨术前访视联合安全管理在手术室护理质量及患者满意度中的应用效果.方法：2014年1月-5月,选取某院外科手术治疗的50例患者作为对照组对象（给予常规护理干预）.2014年6月-10月,另选取进行手术治疗的50例患者作为观察组对象（给予术前访视联合安全管理模式）.通过比较术前访视联合安全管理模式开展前后的手术室护理质量,以及两组患者满意度情况.结果：（1）实施术前访视联合安全管理模式后,手术室护理质量评分明显高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）;（2）观察组患者满意度调查情况高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：运用术前访视联合安全管理模式后,能显著提高手术室护理质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意评价度.

Objective: To study the effect of preoperative interviewjoint safety management on operating room nursing quality and patients' satisfaction degree. Methods: Select 5 0 cases of patients received surgery treatm ent in a hospital from January 2014 to May 2014 as control group( giving conventional nursing intervention),select 5 0 cases of patients received surgery treatm ent in a hospital from June 2014 to October 2014 as observation group( giving preoperative interviewjoint safety m anagem ent m ode). C om pare the operating room nursing quality and patients' satisfaction of the two groups. Results: After the im plem entation of preoperative interviewjoint safety m anagem ent m ode before surgery,the score of operating room nursing quality was significantly higher than that before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 01). The patients' satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The applicatin of preoperative interviewjoint safety management mode can significantly improve the quality of operating room nursing and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing work.
