摘要
目的：探讨健康教育在社区糖尿病慢性病防治中的应用.方法：选取2014年2月-2015年5月社区卫生服务站收治的120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例.对照组60例患者进行常规治疗,观察组60例患者在常规治疗的基础上进行健康教育,对比评估两种方案的效果.结果：观察组60例患者中53例有效,总有效率为88.33%,对照组60例患者中39例有效,总有效率为65%.观察组效果明显优于对照组,P 〈0.05.结论：健康教育在社区糖尿病慢性病防治中具有重要意义.
Objective: To discuss the application of health education in preventing community diabetes chronic disease. Methods: Select 120 cases of diabetes patients received by a hospital from February 2014 to May 2015,divide them into 2 groups,60 cases in each group. The observation group was given health education in addition to routine treatment,while the control group was given routine treatment. Compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results:53 cases out of 60 cases in the observation group were effective,the effective rate was 88. 33%. 39 cases out of 60 cases in the control group were effective,the effective rate was 65%. The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Health education has important significance in preventing community diabetes chronic disease.
