从葛兰西文化领导权理论谈我国意识形态安全的时代境遇与诉求

A Talk on the Situation and Demands of China's Ideological Security Based on Gramci's Culture Hegemony Theory

安东尼奥·葛兰西的文化领导权核心内涵包括"市民社会"、"有机知识分子"、"同意"三个环节,无产阶级文化领导权的发生轨迹是"有机知识分子作为文化领导权的实施者,进行意识形态生产——意识形态在市民社会进行传播和宣传——形成民众的‘同意’"。后殖民理论借鉴葛兰西文化领导权思想,形成向东方渗透西方意识形态的文化霸权,使我国意识形态安全面临时代境遇。从文化的视角来分析国家意识形态安全问题,通过运用葛兰西文化领导权的理论分析框架来阐述我国意识形态安全的当代境遇与诉求。

The core of Antonio Gramsci’s cultural hegemony theory consists of the civil society, the organic intellectuals and the accepted cultural norm. Therefore, the proletarian cultural hegemony happens in the course that the organic intellectuals, the implementer of cultural leadership, make the ideology, which is propagated and spread in the civil society and finally accepted as the cultural norm by the public. Influenced by Gramsci’s thought of cultural leadership, the postcolonial theory takes a role of cultural hegemony to spread the western ideology to the east and threatens China’s ideological security. This paper analyzes the national ideological security issues from the cultural perspectives, and discusses the present situation and demands based on Gramsci's cultural hegemony theory.
