摘要 西安建筑科技大学依托材料工程领域国家级人才培养模式创新实验区建设,积极推进材料类本科专业"三纵三横、多基地、开放式"创新人才培养模式改革,通过十余年的探索与实践,材料类专业人才培养模式实现了科学、工程和应用三个专业方向的理工相互支撑交叉和融合,培养了一批厚基础、宽口径、强能力,具有创新精神和实践能力的材料类专业人才。院所结构管理体制模式的改革,实现产学研一体化的院所体制,为学科发展和学生工程实践能力培养建立了广阔的人才培养平台,提高了办学效率和积极性。 Depending on the construction of the national innovative experiment program of the talent training mode of Materials Science and Engineering, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology actively propels and reforms the talent training mode of Materials Science and Engineering majors in the manner of a “three vertical and three lateral” curriculum with multi-base practice and open teaching. With a decade of exploration and practice, three professional emphases of science, engineering and application have been mutually complemented and supported, thus equipping a batch of Materials Science and Engineering talents with profound foundation, wide professional range, strong ability, innovative spirit and practical ability. The reform of the management system and the industry-university-research cooperation contribute to the establishment of a broad talent training platform for the disciplinary development and the students engineering practice training, which is conducive to increase the efficiency and initiative of running higher education.
