混沌调制对开关电源使用寿命的影响研究

摘要 混沌调制用于开关电源可以抑制电磁干扰,但对开关电源使用寿命的影响分析目前存在空白。从开关变换器的失效模式中分析影响使用寿命的关键元器件及其失效模型,进一步探讨混沌调制对关键元器件的影响及导致元器件失效的原因,以及混沌失调产生的原因及其对系统使用寿命的影响,并通过仿真进行验证。 Chaotic modulation could be used to reduce electromagnetic interference with switching-mode power supply,but its influence on the remaining useful life of switching-mode power supply is yet to be examined. This paper focuses on the critical components and their failure mode resulting in the failure of switching converters. Analyses and simulations are further conducted on the influence of chaotic modulation towards the critical components and that of the possible failure of chaotic modulation to the system.
