校企合作主体性因素的SWOT分析——以Z公司和H职院合作为例

SWOT Analysis of the Subjective Factors of Polytechnic-enterprise Partnership:with Company Z and Polytechnic H as Example

校企合作直接体现了职业教育面向市场、面向社会的属性。在实践校企资源共享、优势互补、双方共赢时,企业和学校有着许多优势和机遇,同时也面临自身不足与外部威胁。文章基于高职教育校企合作的背景,以Z公司和H职院合作为例,分析其优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)、威胁(T),并为Z公司和H职院将来的校企合作发展提出可行性建议。

The polytechnic-enterprise partnership directly reflects the attributes of the vocational education, namely to face the market and the society. On the one hand, enterprise and polytechnic enjoy many advantages and opportunities in the practice of sharing resources, complementing advantages and achieving win-win results; On the other hand, they also face their own shortcomings and external threats.Based on the background of polytechnic-enterprise partnership,this paper takes company Z and polytechnic H cooperation as an example, analyzes the advantage（s）, weakness（W）, opportunity（o） and the threat（T）, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for the future development of company Z and polytechnic H.
