摘要 目的建立高密度聚乙烯桶包装血液透析浓缩液中抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂330、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂168的含量测定方法。方法采用岛津Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相∶乙腈-水(93∶7),流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长为276 nm。结果抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂330、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂168分别在2.53~30.36、2.56~30.72、2.54~30.45、2.56~30.66μg·m L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.999。抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂330、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂168的平均回收率(n=9)分别为92.72%、91.40%、90.68%、90.37%,RSD均小于5.0%。结论该方法专属性强、精密度和检测灵敏度高,重复性好,含量测定准确度好,可用于高密度聚乙烯桶包装血液透析浓缩液中抗氧剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish a determination method of antioxidant 1010,antioxidant 330,antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 168 in high density polyethylene barrels for hemodialysis concentrate packing. Methods Shimadzu Inertsil ODS- 3 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile- water( 93 ∶ 7) as flow phase. The flow rate was1. 0 m L·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 276 nm. Results Antioxidant 1010,antioxidant 330,antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 168 showed good linear relationship in range of 2. 53 ~ 30. 36,2. 56 ~30. 72,2. 54 ~ 30. 45,2. 56 ~ 30. 66 μg·m L^(-1),respectively. The correlation coefficient r was above 0. 999. The average recovery( n = 9) of antioxidant 1010,antioxidant 330,antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 168 were 92. 72%,91. 40%,90. 68%,90. 37%,respectively,and the RSD was less than 5. 0%. Conclusion The method had good specificity,high sensitivity and precision,and its repeatability and accuracy of determining the content was good. It can be used to control the quality of antioxidants in high density polyethylene barrels for hemodialysis concentrate packaging.
