山东省化妆品不良反应监测相关情况问卷调查(化妆品生产经营企业篇)

A questionnaire survey of cosmetics adverse reactions monitoring in Shandong Province cosmetics production enterprises&cosmetics management enterprises

目的了解山东省化妆品生产企业和经营企业化妆品不良反应监测现状,为化妆品不良反应监测工作提出建议。方法设计问卷面向全省部分化妆品生产企业和经营企业发放进行问卷调查。结果山东省企业生产或经营的化妆品品种数量多,规模小且散;化妆品不良反应认知度和监测工作开展情况存在不足:20%以上的企业对《化妆品皮肤病诊断标准及处理原则》及一般化妆品不良反应应上报监测部门不了解;从事不良反应监测工作人员大部分为兼职或无人员状态;21.84%的生产企业和17.22%的经营企业不愿意将收集的数据信息及采取的应对措施告知公众。结论应通过培训加强化妆品生产经营企业对化妆品不良反应监测工作重要性的认识,鼓励和推动企业开展监测工作。

Objective To understand the current situation of cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring in cosmetics production enterprises and enterprises in Shandong Province,and to put forward proposals for the cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring. Methods Designing questionnaires and sending to a part of the cosmetics production enterprises and management enterprises in Shandong province to carry out the questionnaire survey. Results The cosmetics which are produced or sold by enterprises have a large number of varieties. The size of enterprises is small and scattered. There're some problems about the awareness of cosmetic adverse reaction and the development of monitoring work: more than 20% of the enterprises don' t know Diagnostic Criteria and Principles of Management of Skin Diseases Induced by Cosmetics or that the general adverse reaction of cosmetics should be reported to the monitoring department; Most staff who are engaging in adverse reaction monitoring are part- time,or there is on one to do this work. 21. 84% production enterprises and 17. 22% management enterprises don't want to collect the data or take measures to inform the public. Conclusion The cosmetics production enterprises and management enterprises' awareness of cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring' s importance should be improved by training,and enterprises should be encouraged and promoted to carry out the monitoring work.
