本文报道低钾麻痹50例,男性多于女性,首发以青壮年多见,以散发为多,甲亢仍是周期性麻痹的重要原因之一。呼吸肌麻痹并非少见,积极治疗呼吸肌麻痹是缓解重症病例的关键。

50 cases of hypokalemic paralysis were reported. Male are more frequently than female. Onset of this disease is usually in adolescence and middle age. The occurence of the disease is often disperside in the population. Thyrotoxication is still one of the most important cause of periodic paralysis. Respiratory paralysis is not rare. It is important for severe cases to an active treatment of respiratoryparalysis.
