摘要
以燕山大学为研究对象,详细分析了目前高校在资产管理队伍建设中普遍存在的领导重视不够、缺乏激励机制和"兼职"岗位能力有限等典型问题,并根据实际工作经验提出了提高领导及人事部门的支持力度、建立有效的激励机制和实行"专兼结合"的聘任制度等相应对策,以提高资产管理队伍在高校管理队伍中的地位和专业水准。
This paper choose Yanshan University as an example, detailed analysis the problems of attention of leaders lack of incentive mechanism and part-time job in colleges and unversities asset management team construction, then improve the attention of leaders and personnel department to establish the incentive mechanism and carry out the various combinations on recruitment and appointment System are proposed by the practical work experience, to improve the position and professional level on the colleges and unversities management team.
