针对目前研究生工作站实施和建设中存在的不足,并结合自身实践,研究面向研究生工作站为载体的培养模式下,高校与企业协同人才培养的机制与措施,设计和优化研究生培养方案和培养环节,进一步提升研究生工作站在人才培养、区域创新和服务地方中的重要作用,切实提高研究生培养质量,实现校企协同创新和协同培养人才。

For present graduate workstation implementation and construction of the existing problems, combined with own practice, research oriented study graduate workstation for carrier training model. University and enterprise cooperation personnel training mechanism and measures of the, design and optimization of students training programs and training links, to further enhance the graduate workstation in personnel training, the important role of regional innovation and serving the local, and effectively improve the quality of postgraduate education, realization of school enterprise cooperation innovation and cooperative training.
